Alright, hey there! I missed Writing so much in this 3 weeks break that I took!, So happy to be back.

Today we are talking about the major Phase most Youth are facing today, Career identity crisis, More and more people of age groups 20-30 years are considering a career shift, or a career change.

Upset with how your career turned out to be after all that hard work?

Remember when you were so excited to land that first Job after freshly graduating from college, you did everything possible to impress your first ever Boss, thinking he is going to appreciate you the same way as your teachers did, and then? The Reality hit!

Research shows there are almost 60% of youth according to FlexJobs actively looking for more opportunities or a career change and are unhappy with the current workplace.

Today I am going to spill some Insanely value packed information, you will walk out of this blog post with Less fear, elevated Confidence and a Clear sense of Direction towards your decision of a career transition.

You had become the master of what you do and the systems in your office, or you felt a sense of belongingness, a sense of authority when you teach somebody or guide your juniors of what you know.

During a switch in our career it really gets difficult to maintain our sanity and simply remain confident.

As we have worked for so long or worked really hard at the job, We tend to become our designation, we tend to connect the job title to our name, and forget who we truly are.

Of course this decision will definitely come with a heap of doubts! I mean right now, while having this job, you are still doubting yourself, isn’t it better to overcome these doubts while you work on something greater than this job!

It is really okay to feel this way, I personally believe that life is naturally this way, we are natural Nomads, hehe. But yes, I understand and respect what you feel, let me tell you, Do it anyway! Do it feeling anxious, Do it feeling Uncertain, It is completely okay! This feeling is something you don’t have to overcome but you will have to Accept!

Choosing from that lot will definitely feel overwhelming, You see even when I started out, though I was very sure that all I wanted to do was Blogging and Write my Novel, little did I know I would have to market it on Pinterest, make a 100 pins, Maintain a presence on LinkedIn, reach out for freelancing gigs, All of this somewhat took away a fraction of the joy of writing I had,

But…

Gradually, when I dragged myself through these new things incorporating it to my schedule, forming SOP’s for everything, making Effective tested Frameworks to get things done easily, It all came together and Now have a smooth, automated business running. So, we never know what we might have to face when we start our own business.

We need to carefully choose what we need to monetize, especially for multi passionate people like me, People! I hear you, alright I know your needs, and your desperate wish to earn from every other skills and interests you might have,

The scariest feeling of all, ‘what if I fail’ Let me ask you one question right here, ‘Why don’t you upskill yourself, do everything what it takes, make the right network, meet the right people,’ tell me how much of a chance do you think you have of failing if all of this is done?
